  • Designer’s Choice
    Designer’s Choice arrangements are created using the freshest and most beautiful blooms available. Specific flower varieties are not guaranteed.
  • Flower Availability & Substitutions
    Flowers are seasonal and availability changes constantly. We may substitute blooms, foliage, or vessels when necessary while preserving the overall color palette, style, and value of the arrangement.
  • Color Requests
    Color preferences are welcome and can be entered when ordering. We’ll do our best to honor them, but exact shades cannot be guaranteed due to natural variation and seasonal availability.
  • Photos & Inspiration Images
    Photos on our website represent our overall design style. Because we work with seasonal flowers, no two arrangements will be exactly alike. Inspiration photos are treated as a direction, not a recipe.
  • Order Lead Time
    Orders should be placed as early as possible. Same-day or next-day availability is not guaranteed and may vary based on our studio schedule and flower inventory.
  • Delivery
    Delivery is available within our designated service area. Delivery fees vary by location. The recipient’s complete address and contact information are the responsibility of the purchaser.
  • Recipient Not Home
    If no one is available to receive the flowers, we may leave the arrangement in a safe location when weather and circumstances allow, contact the recipient, or arrange another delivery attempt. Additional delivery fees may apply.
  • Incorrect Delivery Information
    We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, phone numbers, gate codes, or other information provided at checkout.
  • Pickup Orders
    Orders must be picked up during the selected pickup window. Because flowers are perishable, we cannot guarantee the condition of arrangements that are not collected as scheduled.
  • Cancellations & Changes
    Once flowers have been purchased or design work has begun, orders cannot be canceled or refunded. Changes requested before production begins may be accommodated when possible.
  • Flower Longevity
    Vase life varies by flower variety, environment, and care. We cannot guarantee a specific number of days an arrangement will last.
  • Flower Care
    Keep flowers in a cool location away from direct sunlight, heat, and ripening fruit. Refresh the water regularly and remove fading blooms as needed.
  • Natural Variation
    Flowers are a natural product. Differences in size, shape, color, openness, and texture are normal and part of what makes each arrangement unique.
  • Flowers, Plants & Safety
    Some flowers, plants, foliage, berries, and other botanical materials may be toxic or cause irritation if ingested or handled by people or animals. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to determine whether an arrangement is appropriate for its intended recipient, household, and environment, including the presence of children and pets. House of Apricity is not responsible for illness, injury, or adverse reactions resulting from contact with or ingestion of botanical materials.
  • Special Requests
    Have something particular in mind? Leave us a note at checkout. We’ll accommodate requests whenever possible, but specific varieties or exact colors may require additional lead time and may affect pricing.
